新能源汽车的 S-BOX 电源管理系统是车辆高压电气系统的关键核心部件，主要负责对动力电池组的充放电过程进行精准管控，并合理分配电力资源。它实时监测电池组的电流、电压、温度等关键参数，具备过充、过放、过流、短路等多重保护功能，能够有效预防电池因异常工况而受损，显著延长电池使用寿命。在充电过程中，S-BOX 电源管理系统会按照电池的特性曲线，精确控制充电电流和电压，确保电池能够安全、高效地完成充电过程，避免过充电现象的发生；而在放电过程中，它则根据电池的剩余电量和车辆负载的需求，合理调节放电电流，优化放电过程，从而提高电池的放电效率和车辆的续航里程。
The S-BOX power management system for new energy vehicles is a key core component of the vehicle's high-voltage electrical system, which is mainly responsible for accurately controlling the charging and discharging process of the power battery pack and rationally allocating power resources. It monitors the current, voltage, temperature and other key parameters of the battery pack in real time, and has multiple protection functions such as overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit, etc., which can effectively prevent the battery from being damaged due to abnormal working conditions and significantly extend the service life of the battery. During the charging process, the S-BOX power management system will accurately control the charging current and voltage according to the characteristic curve of the battery, ensuring that the battery can complete the charging process safely and efficiently and avoid overcharging. In the discharge process, it reasonably adjusts the discharge current and optimizes the discharge process according to the remaining power of the battery and the demand of the vehicle load, so as to improve the discharge efficiency of the battery and the mileage of the vehicle.
我司目前为宁德时代S-BOX项目主要代工商，21年7月开始批量供货，截至24年12月已供货18万套；
