福州市铭记教育慈善基金会成立于2014年，由福州西诚科技股份有限公司董事长陈建铭先生创办。在西诚的创业发展历程中，感怀众多亲人、朋友、社会各界人士的鼎力支持，经过多年的筹备，于2020年6月1日正式在福州市民政局登记注册。基金会秉承“感恩、诚信、传承、创新”的精神内核，积极倡导并汇聚社会各界力量，致力于通过各类公益性讲座、助学助教、文体活动等方式，为基金会学员打造一个和谐温馨、充满活力和特色的成长平台，为每一个孩子的幸福人生奠定基础。

Fuzhou Mingming Education Charity Foundation was established in 2014 by Mr. Chen Jianming, Chairman of Fuzhou Xicheng Technology Co., Ltd. In the course of Xicheng's entrepreneurial development, thanks to the strong support of many relatives, friends and people from all walks of life, after years of preparation, it was officially registered with the Fuzhou Civil Affairs Bureau on June 1, 2020. Adhering to the spiritual core of "gratitude, integrity, inheritance and innovation", the Foundation actively advocates and gathers forces from all walks of life, and is committed to creating a harmonious, warm, energetic and distinctive growth platform for the Foundation's students through various public welfare lectures, student and teaching assistants, cultural and sports activities, etc., so as to lay the foundation for a happy life for every child.

依托铭记・蒙养书院开展，在书香氛围中开启亲子趣味阅读时光，专业老师结合阅读内容指导青少年儿童写作，助力孩子扎实掌握写作技巧。

二十四节气始于立春，终于大寒，是中国农业文化的智慧结晶。农耕二十四节气系列课程融入物候、民俗、艺术、饮食等文化元素，通过开展农耕体验、自然观察、食育课堂、亲子互动等活动，让小朋友感受人与自然的和谐之美，品读节气传统文化所蕴含的中国智慧。
The 24 solar terms begin at the beginning of spring and end with the great cold, which is the crystallization of the wisdom of Chinese agricultural culture.
